Upcycled Furniture
As our family and friends heard about the idea of repurposing old furniture parts as signs, we started to get items that had been sitting in garages, attics, or were set to be thrown out, A few of the pieces were from our own house as we downsized and sent our children off to college.
One family member contributed a damaged Mahogany sleigh bed which was solid and heavy.
One day while driving to a restaurant in Nags Head, NC, we saw a stack of wooden Adirondack chairs. We loaded them into the truck and after pulling apart cleaning, had these materials left. You will see the red and yellow in some of the finished products, like the beach themed deck boxes.
